15th Street
An apartment complex on NW 15th Street in Oklahoma City. The building pairs a dark standing-seam metal facade with a richly textured red brick base and coral-painted entries — a contemporary take on a neighborhood-scale multi-family building. Modal Property Solutions prepared the preliminary permit set for the project.
